Kitchen Sink Cookies

2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup sugar or sugar substitute
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 eggs
2 sticks (1 cup) melted butter
1 bag (11.5 oz.) chocolate chips
1 cup pecans
2 large spoonfuls creamy peanut butter
1.5 cups quick oats 

1) Preheat oven to 350 degrees farhenheit.


2) Melt butter, then add eggs and vanilla.  I always add the liquids together and solids together, then combine the two separates. 
3) Mix flour, sugars, baking soda and salt.  Whisk together to ensure properly mixed.  



4) Slowly pour the liquids into the solids bowl and mix together.


 
5) Add quick oats and pecans.  Mix.



6) Add peanut butter and chocolate chips.  Mix.



7) Spray cookie sheet with non-stick spray.  Scoop dough onto cookie sheet in small balls.
8) Cook for about 10 minutes. 


9) Pour yourself a glass of milk and ENJOY!
